I recently earned my PhD in philosophy at the University of Chicago (Summer 2017). My work focuses on Kant and post-Kantian philosophy (especially Hegel), and on 20th Century French philosophy (especially Deleuze). I'm also interested in ancient philosophy and early analytic philosophy (from Frege to Quine). I successfully defended my dissertation, Hegel's Speculative Method, on May 26, 2017. I am currently a Visiting Lecturer in Philosophy at Amherst College.
